At Wonderland Shower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom sanctuary. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box over any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
